MAKEN LLC ("Maken", "we") provides cargo handling, repair of vehicles, other transport equipment and machinery, retail of vehicle parts, road freight, transport support, IT consulting and services, data processing, information services, management consulting, market research and office administration. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Telematics data
Vehicle location, speed, fuel and engine data are processed on behalf of fleet owners as a processor. Where data relates to drivers, clients are responsible for informing them; we provide tools to limit tracking outside working time.
3. Repair and haulage customers
Contacts, vehicle data, cargo documents and invoices.
4. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (transport law, tax), legitimate interests (security).
5. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
